Job Requirements:
Valid State – Issued Drivers License
18 Years of Age
Clean Driving Record
Reliable Transportation
Auto Insurance
Clean Criminal History as required for positions with direct patient care
Minimum 1 Year Experience as a Phlebotomist
Must Posses a Passion towards Safety and Customer Service
